Purchase of a Minibus Adapted for Transporting Wheelchair Users in Krasnopol

Summary

The contract is for the purchase and delivery of one new nine-seat minibus adapted to transport users of the care and residential centre in Krasnopol, including at least one wheelchair user. The vehicle must have been manufactured in 2025 or later and meet detailed technical and accessibility requirements, including wheelchair restraints, a hydraulic passenger lift and the specified safety and comfort equipment. At its own expense, the supplier must carry out the initial service inspection, deliver the vehicle to the contracting authority’s premises and register it on the authority’s behalf. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty duration (40%): a two-year warranty scores 0, a three-year warranty scores 20, and a warranty of at least four years scores 40 points. The bidder must have duly delivered at least one new passenger minibus within the previous three years, submit the required technical-parameters form and other tender documents, and provide a PLN 2,000 tender guarantee.
