Repair of the municipal road in Czarnostów

Summary

The tender covers repair of the municipal road in Czarnostów, within Karniewo municipality. The works include removing raised shoulders on both sides of the road, levelling the existing gravel surface with a 10 cm layer of C50/30 crushed aggregate graded 0–31.5 mm, laying a two-layer asphalt-concrete surface (a 5 cm binder/levelling course and a 4 cm wearing course), and installing a recessed concrete edge restraint. The earth shoulders must be graded and strengthened with a 10 cm layer of C50/30 aggregate mix. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. The bidder must demonstrate proper completion, within the last five years, of at least two road construction or reconstruction projects with asphalt surfacing, each worth at least PLN 150,000, and provide a suitably qualified road site manager. The bid must include the required declarations and a priced bill of quantities. Price accounts for 60% and warranty for 40% of the evaluation score; the minimum warranty period is 12 months. Before contract signature, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price. Personnel performing work on paved surfaces must be employed under employment contracts.
