Construction of a warehouse building for OLIOC

Summary

The contract covers construction of a single-storey, basement-free warehouse on parts of plots 1728 and 1740/5 in Gielniów, Gielniów municipality. The building is intended for civil protection and civil defence needs. The works include construction, electrical, water and sewage works, as well as the infrastructure provided for in the design. The contractor must organise and mark the construction site, prepare the documents needed for final acceptance, and clear and tidy the site after completion. The works must be completed within 45 days of signing the contract. People performing physical construction work must be employed under employment contracts for the full period in which they perform those tasks; this also applies to subcontractors’ staff. Both the warranty and the period for claims must be at least 36 months. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty duration for 40%; longer warranties score more points. Bids must cover the entire contract; partial bids are not permitted. A PLN 5,000 tender guarantee is required, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total offer price.
