Modernisation of the access ramp for people with special needs at the Lipsko healthcare facility

The procurement covers construction work to modernise the access ramp beside the primary healthcare building in Lipsko, improving access for people with special needs and disabilities. The work must follow the design documents and take place while the hospital remains operational, ensuring the safety of patients, staff and other users, access to necessary rooms and uninterrupted hospital services. Working times must be agreed with the contracting authority; work may be carried out from 7:00 to 19:00 on any day of the week. Noisy, dusty or vibration-causing work, utility interruptions and access restrictions require prior coordination; the work zone must be separated, marked and kept orderly. Employees carrying out physical construction and related work generally must be employed under employment contracts. The work must comply with the tender documents’ accessibility, environmental, occupational safety and fire-safety requirements.
