Development of sports grounds on Józef Hallera Street in Imielin – Stage II

Summary

This procurement covers Stage II of the development of sports grounds beside Józef Hallera Street in Imielin. The contractor will build two 35 × 57 m natural-grass football pitches and a 44 × 31 m sand-surfaced beach soccer pitch that can be divided into beach volleyball courts. The works include pitch drainage and irrigation, lighting with 14 m masts, 188 m and 800 m roller-skating tracks, replacement of asphalt surfacing and paved walkways. The contractor will install fencing and ball-stop nets, provide removable stands and canopies over two stands, plant trees and carry out landscaping and demolition works. Equipment for maintaining the natural-grass pitch must also be supplied: a lawn tractor, aerator and sweeper. The aerator and sweeper must be compatible with the contracting authority’s Kubota B1241 D-EC-F tractor. Grass seed must be sown at least 70 days before the completion deadline, and the contractor must maintain the turf during that period. The contract also includes preparatory, safety, site-cleaning and waste-management duties. The bid must be submitted electronically with the completed bid form and a simplified cost estimate. The deadline is 19 October 2026 at 10:00. The works must be completed no later than 31 August 2027, and the completion period stated in the bid may not exceed 298 calendar days. The minimum warranty is 36 months. Offers are assessed on price (60%), completion time (20%) and warranty period (20%). A bid guarantee of PLN 48,000 is required. The selected contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the bid price when signing the contract and meet the qualification, insurance and employment requirements.
