Supply of a new nine-seat electric minibus for transporting people with disabilities

Summary

The tender is for the supply of one new, unused, fully electric minibus with at least 9 seats, for transporting users of a day-care service in Wieliczka, including people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users. The vehicle must have a mixed-cycle WLTP range of at least 300 km; an external height of 2,450–2,700 mm; a passenger-compartment height of 1,650–1,750 mm; and a total length of 5,300–5,900 mm. It must accommodate a wheelchair using a ramp and wheelchair restraints, and meet the stated safety, comfort, charging and accessibility requirements. The traction battery warranty must cover at least 8 years or 160,000 km, whichever comes first. The vehicle warranty must be at least 24 months, the body perforation warranty 96 months, and the paint warranty 36 months; all must be unlimited by mileage. Delivery is due within 60 days after contract signing. The award criteria are total price including VAT (60 points), vehicle warranty (20), body perforation warranty (10) and paint warranty (10). The bid must include a completed technical specification and a declaration that no exclusion grounds apply.
