Modernisation of the pedestrian path on Wesoła Street in Ruszkowice
Summary
The procurement concerns modernising a 160-metre pedestrian path on Wesoła Street in Ruszkowice. The work includes preparing a construction schedule, building the footpath and access driveways in accordance with the designs and technical requirements, adjusting existing water-supply valve boxes, and preparing as-built documentation for all disciplines, including as-built geodetic surveying and work-acceptance evidence. The planned path is 1.5–2 m wide. Its surface is made of 6 cm concrete paving blocks, laid over a 3 cm cement-sand bedding, a 10 cm C8/10 concrete base and a 10 cm sand layer. Driveway surfaces use 8 cm concrete blocks, a 20 cm C8/10 concrete base and a 15 cm sand layer. Construction must be completed by 30 November 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and an extension of the warranty and defect-liability period for 40%; the minimum period is 36 months and the maximum period counted is 60 months. To participate, the bidder must provide at least one construction manager with the required road-engineering qualifications and submit declarations on participation conditions and exclusion grounds. Workers performing earthworks must be employed under employment contracts where required by the nature of the work under the law; this obligation also applies to subcontractors.
