Repair of local roads in Targowisko, Łysokanie, Grodkowice, Szarów and Kłaj

Summary

The procurement covers repairs to local and internal roads in seven lots in the municipality of Kłaj, in the settlements of Targowisko, Łysokanie, Grodkowice, Szarów and Kłaj. The road sections are 175 m, 267 m, 359 m, 101 m, 408 m, 525 m and 248 m long, respectively. Works include repairing or, where necessary, strengthening existing road surfaces and bases, laying or renewing asphalt layers, and replenishing shoulders with aggregate; one lot also includes clearing an existing ditch. The technical design documents specify the detailed scope and requirements. Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots, including all seven. The contractor must use its own materials and construction products that meet the applicable requirements. Equivalent materials are permitted if their performance is no worse than that specified and equivalence is demonstrated. The works must be completed within 30 days of contract award and no later than 11 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 19 October 2026. Each lot is evaluated on price (60 points) and warranty period (40 points); the warranty must be at least 5 years, while a warranty of at least 7 years earns the maximum score for that criterion. No bid security is required. Participation requires evidence of third-party liability insurance and comparable roadworks experience at thresholds that depend on the number of lots bid for, as well as access to a person qualified to manage road-engineering works. Employment contracts are required for workers performing specified tasks, and the contractor must comply with environmental, waste-management, energy-efficiency and DNSH requirements and document compliance. The successful bidder must submit a detailed priced bill of quantities for each lot bid for, and obtain the contracting authority’s approval, no later than 7 days before signing the contract.
