Supply of one new emergency motorcycle ambulance with equipment

Summary

The procurement is for one brand-new emergency motorcycle ambulance, supplied complete with specialist equipment, for the regional ambulance service in Sosnowiec. The delivery comprises a compatible base motorcycle, medical conversion and medical devices, including a transport ventilator and a defibrillator. The bid must cover the entire supply; partial bids are not permitted. The motorcycle and equipment must be new, unused, authorised for sale in the EU, properly certified and documented. The motorcycle must have a European CoC type-approval certificate, and the completed vehicle must meet the requirements applicable to emergency medical vehicles. Delivery is due within 42 days of contract signature. Medical devices must have a warranty of at least 24 months; the contractor must begin addressing a reported fault within 24 hours and repair it or provide a defect-free replacement within 7 days. Price carries 60 points and technical quality 40 points. Quality scoring includes, among other matters, the motorcycle’s production year, fuel-tank capacity and engine power, as well as the ventilator battery’s operating and charging times and the defibrillator’s weight. Bidders must submit the completed technical-parameters form, technical documentation for the motorcycle and conversion, medical-device catalogues, and CE declarations of conformity or equivalent evidence. No separate minimum turnover, experience or technical-capacity thresholds apply, but bidders must provide a declaration confirming the absence of exclusion grounds and compliance with participation conditions. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish and signed by an authorised representative.
