Construction of asphalt surfaces on roads in Dębe Wielkie Municipality

Summary

The procurement covers asphalt surfacing and related road works on roads in Dębe Wielkie Municipality. Bids may be submitted for two lots: Lot I is resurfacing the road section between the villages of Ostrów-Kania and Olesin, westwards from Pustelnicka Street; Lot II is resurfacing a municipal road in Gorzanka. Lot I includes surveying along a 284 m section, adjusting three water-main valves, treating the road surface, laying a 4 cm AC16W binder course and a 4 cm AC11S wearing course, and constructing 284 m² of 10 cm crushed-aggregate shoulder base. Lot II includes surveying and asphalt works along a 200 m section, the same 4 cm AC16W binder and AC11S wearing courses, and 200 m² of 10 cm crushed-aggregate base. Detailed work requirements are set out in the technical specifications and drawings for each lot. The works must be completed within one month of contract signature, and the completed works and installed materials are covered by a 60-month quality warranty. Workers performing manual tasks and equipment operators must generally be employed under employment contracts; this does not apply to the construction manager or to a self-employed individual performing the work independently as a subcontractor. A bidder may submit one electronically signed bid for each lot. No participation qualification criteria have been set, but the required declaration confirming the absence of exclusion grounds must accompany the bid. Price is the sole award criterion and accounts for 100% of the score. No bid security or contract performance security is required.
