Repair of Voivodeship Road 723 – Warszawska Avenue in Tarnobrzeg

Summary

The contract covers the repair of a 2,458-metre section of Voivodeship Road 723, Warszawska Avenue, in Tarnobrzeg, from kilometre 3+365 to kilometre 5+823. The works include repairing the 5.5-metre-wide asphalt carriageway and the asphalt-surfaced roundabout, repairing concrete-paved edge strips and replacing damaged kerbs, adjusting the heights of drainage inlets and manhole covers, restoring road markings and installing missing traffic signs. The contractor must prepare and obtain approval for a temporary traffic management plan and complete the works within 30 days of signing the contract. The bidder must provide a construction manager with the required road engineering authority and demonstrate at least two qualifying asphalt-surfaced road or active-travel infrastructure projects completed during the previous five years, each worth at least PLN 700,000 gross. The bid must include the required declaration and a PLN 18,000 bid guarantee; the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price when signing the contract.
