Supply of medicinal products

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of medicinal products to a hospital in 10 lots: ropeginterferon alfa-2b, bicalutamide, cisplatin, dasatinib, gemcitabine, lenalidomide, oxaliplatin, rituximab, vinorelbine and trastuzumab. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots, but not for individual parts within a lot. The supplier must deliver the products to the hospital pharmacy at its own expense and risk. The standard delivery deadline is 24 hours after an order is placed; urgent orders must be delivered within 12 hours, or within 24 hours if an urgent order is placed on a non-working day or Saturday. A standard delivery falling on a non-working day or Saturday is due on the next working day. Products must have at least 12 months of remaining shelf life on delivery, their EAN codes must match the tender, and they must be authorised for marketing in Poland and included in the reimbursed-medicines list. The price must not exceed the applicable funding limit. The contract runs from signature until 31 December 2026. Price is the only award criterion. To participate, bidders need the concession, permit, licence or registration required to operate a pharmaceutical wholesale business; a consignment warehouse operator must hold the relevant warehouse permit. The tender must include the required declarations, price form and confirmation that the products have the documents required for marketing and use in healthcare facilities.
