Construction of a municipal road in Marianów-Kolonia – Stage I

Summary

The tender covers construction of a new 70-metre section of municipal road in Marianów-Kolonia, Stage I. The works include a cement-stabilised strengthening layer, unbound aggregate foundation layers, and an asphalt-concrete surface with two asphalt layers, 5 cm and 8 cm thick. The works must be completed within one month of contract signing. The procurement is not divided into lots. The bidder must have properly completed at least one road construction, reconstruction or extension project during the previous five years, with a value of at least PLN 160,000 gross. It must also provide at least one construction manager with unrestricted authority for road works, at least five years of experience since obtaining that authority, and experience managing at least one road construction, reconstruction or extension project during the previous five years. No separate minimum financial-capacity requirement is set. The bid must include the required initial declaration, details of qualifying works and personnel, and proof of a PLN 4,000 tender guarantee. The award criteria are price (60 points) and the offered warranty period (40 points); the warranty must be at least 36 months, and 60 months is the maximum period counted for evaluation. The performance security is 5% of the total bid price. Personnel carrying out earthworks and preparatory works must be employed under employment contracts.
