Consumable components for use with surgical robots

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of consumable components for surgical robots used in laparoscopic, arthroscopic and orthopaedic procedures. It is divided into two lots: consumables for a surgical robot and consumables for an orthopaedic robot. A bidder may tender for either or both lots. The products must be authorised for sale and use in Poland and comply with the requirements applicable to medical devices. The supply period is 12 months from contract signature. The bid must include the priced product assortment form, required product information and a declaration of conformity. Price is the sole award criterion.
