Construction works to repair flood damage in the basement of the Mandate Centre in Nysa
Summary
The contract covers construction and installation work to repair flood damage in the basement rooms of the Mandate Centre in Nysa, operated by the Opole Tax Administration Chamber. The work includes protecting existing electrical cables embedded in the floors; installing or replacing sanitary and drainage pipes; removing old cast-iron drainage; applying damp-proofing and waterproofing; and building new floors with sub-base and cement screeds. Associated work includes demolition, sealing service penetrations, restoring damaged building elements, removing waste, cleaning, and carrying out the required tests and inspections. The works must follow the design, bill of quantities, technical specifications and applicable requirements. Materials must be new and approved by the contracting authority before installation. The building will remain in use, and disruptive work must take place outside the office’s working hours. The works must be completed within 8 weeks of contract signature. Bids may cover the whole contract only; partial bids are not allowed. To participate, the bidder must demonstrate at least one qualifying construction project worth at least PLN 200,000 and provide three specialists with the required unrestricted construction qualifications. One person may fill multiple roles if they hold all relevant qualifications. The bidder must offer a guarantee of at least 36 months, submit the required declarations and provide a PLN 3,000 tender guarantee. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and guarantee (40%): 36 months earns no points, 60 months earns 20 points and 72 months earns 40 points. The bid submission deadline is 20 October 2026 at 09:00.
