Modernisation of the village community hall in Pustki (Fourth procedure)

Summary

The procurement is for the modernisation of the village community hall in Pustki. The works include replacing the windows and doors specified in the design, insulating the attic and roof slopes, painting walls, upgrading the electrical and water and sewerage systems, installing a liquid-waste tank, and modernising the heating, cooling and lighting systems. The works must be completed within 50 days of signing the contract and no later than 18 December 2026. The bid must offer a warranty of at least 36 months. Evaluation is based on price (60 points) and the warranty and defect-liability period (40 points); 48 months earns 20 points and 60 months earns 40 points. The contract is not divided into lots, and the contracting authority may negotiate to improve bids. To qualify, bidders must demonstrate at least one building construction, reconstruction, renovation or modernisation project completed in the past five years with a gross value of at least PLN 90,000, and provide the three required professionally qualified managers. A PLN 4,000 tender guarantee must accompany the bid; the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the contract price before signing. Contract performance is subject to employment-contract, insurance, construction-material evidence and environmental requirements.
