Construction of Fire Access Road No. 5, Stage I (km 0+000–1+234)

Summary

The procurement covers construction works for Stage I of Fire Access Road No. 5 in the Pniewy forest district, from km 0+000 to km 1+234. The works include site preparation and earthworks; installation of geotextile and geogrid; construction of a crushed-stone sub-base and surface course; recycled-concrete aggregate shoulders; cleaning and reshaping roadside ditches; road widening, passing places and access roads; and associated works. The road must meet the technical parameters in the design and be completed within 50 days of contract signing. Bidders must demonstrate financial resources or credit of at least PLN 200,000, the required roadworks experience, suitable equipment and a construction manager with the required qualifications and at least three years’ experience. The bid must include the required declarations and bid security of PLN 10,700. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40; the warranty must be between 24 and 36 months. The bid submission deadline is 19 October 2026 at 8:00. Workers carrying out preparatory and earthworks must, where the stated employment test applies, be employed under employment contracts.
