Construction of the Nowe Bielice sports area, outdoor gym and tennis walls

Summary

The procurement covers construction of outdoor sports facilities in Nowe Bielice. The contractor must supply and install outdoor gym equipment, build two freestanding tennis walls, and install gravel and polyurethane surfacing with edging. Tree felling and replacement planting are excluded. The contractor must manage the construction works, check the quality of materials and work, keep the site orderly, prepare as-built surveying and documentation, and coordinate its work with Phase I of the Orlik sports complex being built on the same site. The works must be completed within no more than five months of contract signature. The bidder must have properly completed at least one construction project involving the construction, reconstruction or renovation of a sports area during the past five years, valued at no less than PLN 350,000. The bid must include the required declaration, and a PLN 9,000 bid guarantee must reach the contracting authority before the submission deadline. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price, qualification evidence for the road-works and building-works managers, and liability insurance covering at least the gross bid price. Physical workers directly performing construction activities must be employed under employment contracts. The minimum warranty is 60 months. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%), extended warranty (10%) and shorter completion time (30%).
