Repair of a section of the EuroVelo 10/13 cycle route in Smołdzino municipality

Summary

The contract covers repair and reconstruction of a local road section in the Smołdzino area that forms part of the EuroVelo 10/13 cycle route. Works on approximately 374 metres of road include removing and transporting 740 m² of existing 12 cm-thick YOMB concrete slabs to a location designated by the contracting authority, earthworks, reinforcing the subgrade with geotextile, constructing a drainage layer and a compacted 15 cm base of 0–31.5 mm crushed aggregate, and repairing the shoulders. The scope also includes surveying and as-built measurement and documentation. Materials must be new and meet the technical requirements. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026; the deadline for bids is 19 October 2026 at 11:00. To qualify, a bidder must demonstrate at least one properly completed road construction, reconstruction or repair contract during the previous five years, with a gross contract value of at least PLN 250,000, and appoint at least one works manager with the required construction qualifications and at least three years of management and supervision experience. The bid must include declarations concerning participation requirements and exclusion grounds, as well as technical documentation for the proposed aggregate and, where applicable, a Declaration of Performance. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40%; the minimum warranty is 36 months. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price.
