Expansion of the water treatment plant and construction of a deep well for the Białków water intake

Summary

The procurement covers expansion of the water treatment plant in Białków by constructing a 38-metre-deep water-intake well, SW-4, together with the necessary infrastructure. The work includes drilling and installing the filter column; well development pumping, test pumping, disinfection, and soil and water testing; supplying and installing a submersible pump and rising main; constructing the above-ground well housing, foundation, fittings, measuring equipment, ventilation, heating and access protection; connecting the well to the existing raw-water system; installing power, measurement and signal cables; surfacing and surveying. The contractor must carry out the required tests and measurements, restore the site and hand over as-built documentation. Connecting the cables to, or expanding, the existing switchboard and preparing an addendum to the hydrogeological documentation are excluded from the works. Completion is due by 10 December 2026. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty duration (40%); the warranty must be at least 36 months, and up to 60 months is considered in scoring. No qualification criteria have been set. Bidders must submit the offer form and a declaration concerning exclusion grounds. No bid guarantee is required; upon contract award, the contractor must provide performance security of 5% and liability insurance with coverage of at least 50% of the gross bid price.
