Repair of county roads

Summary

The tender covers repair works on four county roads in Bielsk County, Poland: road 1697B on the Szmurły–Płonowo–Puchały Stare section (about 830 m); road 1576B on the Filipy–Samułki Duże–Samułki Małe–road 1575B section (about 1,980 m); road 1740B on the Boćki–Nurzec–Śnieżki section (about 1,010 m); and road 1603B from provincial road DW 684 to the village of Pasynki (about 740 m). The work includes, among other things, asphalt surfacing of the carriageway and aggregate surfacing of the road shoulders; the tender documents provide the full scope and technical requirements. Bids may be submitted for one or more of the four lots, with a separately priced bill of quantities for each lot. The works must be completed by 14 December 2026. Bidders must demonstrate experience in at least two public-road construction, reconstruction, extension or repair projects during the preceding five years, each worth at least PLN 300,000 gross. Liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000 and a construction manager qualified to manage road works are required. Price accounts for 60% of the score, the warranty and liability period for 30%, and the construction manager’s experience for 10%; the minimum warranty and liability period is 36 months. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 3% before signing the contract. Employees performing physical work on the construction works must generally be engaged under employment contracts.
