Supply of Dressing Materials

Summary

The tender is for the supply of dressings and other wound-care products to the Racibórz District Hospital, divided into nine lots: general and sterile dressing materials, specialist wound dressings, knitted and elastic bandages, nasal tampons and operating drapes. Products will be delivered to the hospital pharmacy as needed from 9 January 2027 to 8 January 2028. Deliveries are expected on average three times a week and must arrive within two working days of an order, between 7:00 and 10:00. The price must include transport, unloading and placement on the pharmacy storeroom shelves. Bids may cover one or more lots, but must price every line in each lot bid for. Price is the sole award criterion and accounts for 100% of the score. Products must meet the technical specifications, be authorised for marketing and use in Poland, and have at least 12 months' shelf life when delivered. Bidders must provide the required product catalogues and conformity evidence; samples may be requested. Specific sterility and manufacturing evidence is required for certain items, and lot 3 also requires seven vacuum pumps with accessories to be made available to the hospital free of charge for the contract period.
