Installation of a backup power connection at the Żagań County Office building

Summary

The contract is for installing a backup power connection at the Żagań County Office building at 9 Jana Pawła II Street, to maintain electricity supply if the normal supply is interrupted. The work includes notices and coordination relating to connection to the existing electricity network, removal of interfering equipment and installations, construction of the connection, and all necessary building and installation work. The contractor must prepare at least 30 metres of cable route, install a 125 A power socket compatible with the generator and a power cable at least 5 metres long and at least 6 mm² in cross-section, with 125 A plugs, and install at least 50 supports and at least five cable-route openings. YKY 5x10, 0.6/1 kV cable must be installed in the routes; cable penetrations and chases must be sealed, wall surfaces reinstated, at least two information labels installed, and the work area cleaned with waste removed. After the construction work, the contractor must prepare documentation for the emergency power connection installation and technical test measurement reports, and provide basic training for the contracting authority’s staff in operating the connection and the equipment offered. The work must be completed by 10 December 2026. The bid must state a fixed gross lump-sum price; price accounts for 60% and the warranty period for 40% of the evaluation. The stated bid submission deadline is 20 October 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
