Strengthening the cybersecurity system of the municipal utilities and housing company in Wielichowo

Summary

The procurement is for strengthening the cybersecurity of the municipal utilities and housing company in Wielichowo. The supply includes a cybersecurity and virtualisation server, a backup server and backup software, firewall and network equipment, enterprise-grade managed switches, NAS devices, and SIEM, NAC/HoneyPot and EDR solutions, including solutions for the OT network. The work also includes comprehensive system deployment and network segmentation. This is a single integrated procurement with no lots; the detailed technical specifications are set out in the tender documents. The bidder must demonstrate proper completion, within the last three years, of at least one relevant supply worth at least PLN 300,000 gross. The bid must include the required product details and technical evidence, as well as declarations concerning exclusion grounds and selection requirements. Delivery is due within 55 days of contract signing and no later than 21 December 2026. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty (40%); the warranty must be at least 12 months and may be up to 36 months.
