Home care services for project participants in Turośń Kościelna municipality – Part I

Summary

The contract covers basic home care for 11 project participants in the municipality of Turośń Kościelna. The work includes help with daily living and household tasks, personal hygiene and non-specialist care prescribed by a doctor, and support with social contact and necessary activities. Services are tailored to individual needs and schedules and may be provided seven days a week, as needed, between 6:00 and 21:00. The base volume is 3,619 hours, of which the contracting authority guarantees at least 70%—equivalent to 2,533.30 hours at the original hourly rate. The authority may also order up to 1,085.70 optional hours. Payment is based on hours actually delivered and accepted. The contract runs from signature until 30 April 2027, and services must begin no later than seven days after signature. The bidder must provide appropriately qualified care workers and at least one coordinator with the required experience, sufficient cover staff, and service records. Where applicable, staff providing care directly must be employed under employment contracts. Bids are evaluated on price (50%), care workers’ experience (40%) and the social criterion (10%).
