Stage I of the Tarło Kolonia village community centre construction – building to zero level

Summary

The tender covers Stage I of a village community centre project in Tarło Kolonia: constructing the building to zero level, meaning up to the level of the floor on the ground. The works include site preparation and earthworks; foundations and underground structural elements; damp-proofing and thermal insulation and drainage; the sub-base and structural layers for the ground floor and the concrete slab or floor to the extent shown in the design; necessary ducts and underfloor utility sections; dewatering and protecting excavations; surveying, tests, measurements, handover records and protecting the completed works until the next construction stage. The contractor must complete the works and hand over the full documentation for this stage. Above-ground walls, the roof, finishing works and other later construction stages are generally excluded. The completion period is 3 months from contract signature. The bid deadline is 14 October 2026 at 10:00. Bidders must provide a team with the required construction qualifications: a construction manager and roadworks, sanitary works and electrical works managers. One person may cover more than one role if qualified for each. The bid must offer a 36–60 month quality guarantee. Price carries 60% and the guarantee period 40% of the evaluation score. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the contract price when signing the contract and maintain liability insurance throughout the contract with coverage of at least 50% of the gross contract price. Physical construction work, equipment operation and physical installation and assembly work must generally be carried out by employees hired under employment contracts.
