The procurement covers development of the green area beside Sytkowska and Nidziańska streets in Poznań. The contractor must supply and install playground equipment and fencing; construct safety and mineral surfaces, including a tactile warning texture; install benches and litter bins; plant shrubs and perennials; carry out as-built surveying, site clean-up and green-area maintenance. The main works are due within 170 days of contract signature. The contracting authority may exercise an option for green-area maintenance in 2027, 2028 and 2029; it may order only part of the option, and must give notice of its decision by 28 February 2027.
