The procurement covers modernisation of the stairs, ramp and entrance to the independent public healthcare facility in Tarczyn, to improve access to outpatient healthcare, including for people with disabilities. The works include demolition, construction of new stairs and railings, a canopy over the new stairs, work on the ramp and site clean-up. The contractor must supply its own materials and equipment, provide a construction manager and surveying services, secure the work area, and handle waste lawfully; it must also submit as-built and post-construction surveying records. The healthcare facility will remain operational during the works: access to the clinic must be maintained, and noisy work must take place at times agreed with the contracting authority, outside clinic opening hours.
