Resurfacing of County Roads

Summary

The procurement covers resurfacing five local road sections in Namysłów County, with a combined length of 4,615.3 m. The works include, among other things, milling and repairing existing asphalt, laying a new 4 cm wearing course, levelling the base, constructing paved shoulders, work on road signs and safety barriers, and cleaning ditches. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all five lots: Bukowa Śląska–Igłowice, Pielgrzymowice–Młokicie, Bukowa Śląska–Strzelce, Pieczyska–Zbica and Paryż–Kozuby. The works must follow the technical documentation, construction specifications and traffic-management design and be completed by 6 December 2026. The bid submission deadline is 13 October 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 90% of the score and additional warranty for 10%; the warranty must be at least 48 months and may be extended to a maximum of 84 months. Bidders must submit a price breakdown for each lot bid for and provide bid security of PLN 8,000 for Lots 1, 2, 4 and 5 and PLN 7,000 for Lot 3. A waste-generation permit is required for handling construction waste, and certain construction workers must be employed under employment contracts throughout the contract period.
