Modernisation of the agricultural access road in Górki

Summary

The contract covers the modernisation of an agricultural access road in Górki, within Osieck municipality. The work involves reconstructing an approximately 250-metre road section: removing the existing base, preparing and stabilising the subgrade, constructing a crushed-stone road base and asphalt-concrete binder and wearing courses, and completing the shoulders and access points. The contractor must carry out the asphalt-mix surfacing works itself. Work must be completed by 15 November 2026 and must start within seven days after the contract is signed. The tenderer must demonstrate proper completion, within the past five years, of at least two projects involving construction, reconstruction or modernisation of a public road, each worth at least PLN 100,000 gross. One construction manager is required, holding an unrestricted road-engineering works licence and current membership of the Chamber of Civil Engineers. The bid must include the required declaration on exclusion grounds and participation conditions, together with a PLN 4,500 bid guarantee. Before signing the contract, the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty and liability period offered beyond the minimum 36 months (40%); periods of up to 60 months are counted for evaluation.
