Construction of a fire station and community centre in Slabkowice

Summary

The contract covers construction of a fire station with a community-centre function on plots 540/1 and 540/2 in Slabkowice, Poland. The works must follow the design and technical documents and include obtaining the occupancy permit. The construction must enable people with disabilities to move safely and without barriers. The works must be completed within 8 months of contract signature. Physical workers directly carrying out the construction must be employed under employment contracts throughout the contract period; this requirement also applies to subcontractors' workers. Before contract signature, the successful bidder must provide proof of civil liability insurance with coverage of at least its tender price and performance security equal to 5% of that price. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the extended quality-warranty period for 40%. The minimum warranty is 36 months; 48 months earns 20 points and 60 months earns 40 points. The works must be completed within 8 months; the warranty must be at least 36 months and the liability period for defects is 60 months. Tenders must be submitted by 9:00 a.m. on 16 October 2026. The contract is not divided into lots.
