Renovation works at Rabka-Zdrój spa buildings in seven lots

Summary

The tender covers renovation work at four spa buildings in Rabka-Zdrój, divided into seven lots. The work includes painting the roof, replacing gutters and repairing the cornice at Willa Świt; repairing the roof, gutters and plinth at the Wierchy sanatorium; repairing selected facade, balcony and stair elements at Rabczański Zdrój; renovating balconies at Willa Świt; repairing the outdoor stairs at Wierchy; renovating the outdoor stairs to the Concert Café at the Natural Treatment Facility; and replacing windows and doors in selected rooms there, including reveal finishes and interior window sills. Bids may cover the whole contract or one or more lots. Work must be carried out in occupied buildings while maintaining their operation, protecting patients and staff, and removing and disposing of construction waste. A mandatory site visit must take place before the bid is submitted, and proof of attendance must be included with the bid. Bidders must meet the stated past-experience requirement and provide at least one suitably qualified and experienced construction manager. The completion periods are 10 weeks from contract signing for lots 1–4 and 7, and 8 weeks for lots 5–6. The evaluation criteria are price (90%) and warranty duration (10%); bidders may offer a 36-, 48- or 60-month warranty. No bid security is required, but performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price is required.
