Modernisation of the Krzeszewo–Wołcza Wielka section of the Subregional Cycle Route

Summary

The contract covers resurfacing county road 1711G together with its cycle route on the Krzeszewo–Wołcza Wielka section, over a total length of 2.115 km. The works include preparatory work, construction or repair of the cycle lane and vehicle carriageway, paved sections, culverts, access roads, verges, a cyclist service point and road-safety features. The contractor must provide surveying services, as-built surveying, a temporary traffic management plan and worksite protection, and install two information boards measuring 120 × 80 cm; the contracting authority must approve their design. The works must be completed within 190 days of contract signing. The minimum required warranty is 36 months; for evaluation, 36 months scores 0 points, 48 months scores 20 points and 60 months scores 40 points. Price carries up to 60 points and warranty duration up to 40 points. Bids must cover the whole contract; variants are not permitted. The bid submission deadline is 14 October 2026 at 09:00. The bid guarantee is PLN 30,000, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price before signing the contract. The bidder must hold contract-related liability insurance with coverage of at least PLN 1,500,000, have at least one reference for a completed construction, reconstruction or repair of a bituminous-surfaced road at least 500 m long within the previous five years, and provide at least one construction manager authorised to manage road engineering works. The bid must be submitted electronically with the required declarations and evidence. Any proposed equivalent materials or solutions must be described and their equivalence demonstrated. During performance, the contractor must employ under employment contracts the workers identified in the draft contract.
