Procurement for the organization and delivery of HR and payroll training

Summary

This procurement concerns the organization and delivery of HR and payroll training in Kraków, Poland. The course is designed for 10 unemployed or job-seeking participants registered with the Kraków County Labour Office; it comprises 60 instructional hours (each hour 45 minutes) and runs from 16 to 25 November 2026, Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 with breaks outside the teaching time. The training includes theoretical and practical modules on topics such as labor law, forms of employment and civil-law contracts, handling and compiling employee documentation, working time, parental rights, payroll calculation, sickness benefits, health and safety (BHP) and the green and digital transformation. Practical work will use Comarch ERP Optima Kadry i Płace and Płatnik software. Materials should be up-to-date; the training is partially funded by the European Social Fund Plus under the Małopolska 2021-2027 program. Participants will receive certificates confirming the acquired competencies; the program will be delivered in Kraków.
