Procurement and delivery of aggregate for the routine maintenance of forest roads in Nadleśnictwo Chocianów in 2026

Summary

The contract concerns the purchase and delivery of granite and/or basalt aggregate in two fractions (0–31.5 mm: 1000 tonnes; 31.5–63 mm: 2800 tonnes) intended for the routine maintenance of forest roads within Nadleśnictwo Chocianów's area. Each batch must be accompanied by the producer’s Declaration of Useful Properties (Deklaracja Właściwości Użytkowych) and a copy provided at delivery. Deliveries will be carried out progressively to several forestry districts. The supplier must ensure the aggregates meet PN-EN 13242 and PN-EN 13285 standards and provide the required documentation. The contract includes an option to order additional deliveries up to 30% of the base volume. The contract will be evaluated by price (60%) and delivery time (40%), with a maximum execution period of 45 days from contract signing. A bid guarantee of 3,000 PLN is required.
