Grazing hoofed livestock in four lots

Summary

The procurement is for grazing services using herds of hoofed livestock to improve the habitats of a protected souslik at Natura 2000 sites in the Lublin region. It is divided into four lots. A bidder may submit an offer for one, several or all lots, but only one offer may be submitted for each lot. Grazing is required for 90 calendar days from 1 June in each of 2027, 2028 and 2029. The lots cover 12 hectares at Gliniska, 16 hectares at Mokre, 16 hectares at Chochłów and 10 hectares at Tyszowce. In each lot, the bidder must graze one type of livestock on an area designated by the contracting authority: Lot 1 requires 5–8 cows or 38–60 sheep or 32–54 goats; Lots 2 and 3 each require 7–11 cows or 60–90 sheep or 50–75 goats; Lot 4 requires 6–9 cows or 40–60 sheep or 32–55 goats. Permitted methods are rotational grazing in paddocks, free grazing under supervision, or tethered grazing. Offers are assessed on price, which is the sole award criterion. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9:00 a.m. on 15 October 2026.
