Forest fire prevention and damage control services for forest areas affected by decline and drought in Jumilla public forests
Summary
The tender concerns a four-month forestry management service in the public forests of Jumilla, starting on 1 November 2026 or, if later, on the day after contract signature. The work is intended to prevent forest fires and limit damage caused by drought and forest decline in the Sierra de los Bujes, including the removal of dry trees, control of pine-boring pests, reduction of fire risk and support for the natural regeneration of Aleppo pine (Pinus halepensis). The estimated contract value is EUR 66,795.45 excluding VAT and the tender budget is EUR 73,475.00 including 10% VAT. The contract is not divided into lots. Bids must be submitted electronically within 15 calendar days of the day following publication of the contract notice. The price is worth up to 51 points, a shorter delivery period up to 10 points, low-emission vehicles up to 24 points and the technical memorandum up to 15 points. Bidders must demonstrate the required economic and technical capacity, previous similar forestry-service experience, ISO 14001 or equivalent environmental management certification, the required bidder-register status and compliance with tax, social, labour, safety and equality obligations. The successful bidder must provide the required evidence and a 5% final performance guarantee excluding VAT.
