Demolition of buildings in Szczecin: Jagiellońska 15 and Wojska Polskiego 57

Summary

The procurement covers demolition work in two lots in Szczecin: Part 2 is the demolition of a single-storey non-residential building in the courtyard at Jagiellońska 15, and Part 3 is the complete demolition of an outbuilding at Wojska Polskiego 57. Bids may be submitted for either or both parts; a separate contract will be awarded for each part. The work must follow the design, demolition permit and technical specifications. The contractor must secure the work area, verify that utility connections have been disconnected before work begins, protect neighbouring buildings and infrastructure, sort and remove demolition waste, and document its lawful handling. After the work, the site must be tidied, any damaged surfaces or structures restored, and as-built surveying documentation prepared for Part 3. The completion period is 30 calendar days for Part 2 and 80 calendar days for Part 3, starting from handover of the site. Normal working hours are weekdays from 8:00 to 18:00; work on Saturdays is permitted. Price is the only award criterion, and the contracting authority may conduct price negotiations. The tender guarantee is PLN 450 for Part 2 and PLN 800 for Part 3. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price. The contractor must provide at least 36 months of warranty coverage and the same minimum period of liability for defects. The tender documents set the submission deadline as 16 October 2026 at 10:00. To participate, bidders must have the required liability insurance, relevant experience in properly completed demolition works, a construction manager and a surveyor. The tender must include the required forms and declarations; evidence of insurance, references and personnel qualifications must be provided in accordance with the tender documents.
