Revitalization of Boyen Fortress in Giżycko

Summary

This tender concerns the revitalization of Boyen Fortress in Giżycko. The contractor will provide comprehensive project management and financial advisory services, including financial management (budget and KPI monitoring), reporting, coordination with funding institutions, and documentation preparation and management in line with the funding agreement. The project total is PLN 86,167,400.36 with EU funding of PLN 49,998,172.83; planned completion by 31 December 2028. The evaluation will be based on price (50%) and the team’s qualifications (K1 30%, K2 20%).
