Summary

The tender concerns expansion, reconstruction and change of use of basement rooms of the factory archive into a protective building of category U-1 located at Kościuszki 76 in Prudnik, under the Program for Civil Protection and Civil Defence for 2025-2026. The works include restructuring and expanding basement spaces, constructing a main entrance, an underground tunnel and an emergency exit shaft on the western side, replacing doors and windows, performing flooring, plastering, painting and finishing works, and the complete reconstruction of electrical and sanitary installations according to the technical project. It also covers site organization, BIOZ (if required), preparation of the as-built documentation, waste removal or disposal and all other works necessary for proper execution of the contract. The contract period is 50 days from contract signing.
