Procurement of medical equipment for the Rehabilitation Department

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of medical equipment for the Rehabilitation Department, divided into seven lots: Part 1 classic massage tables (2 units); Part 2 rotor for rehabilitation of upper and lower limbs (1 unit); Part 3 low-energy laser therapy device with a shower applicator (1 unit); Part 4 BIOPTRON-type light therapy lamp with a floor stand (1 unit); Part 5 infrared irradiation lamps (Sollux-type) with two independent radiating heads, red and blue filters, mobile stand and protective equipment (2 units); Part 6 elliptical trainer (Orbitrek or equivalent) for adult training and rehabilitation (1 unit); Part 7 electrotherapy device (1 unit). All products must be new and meet minimum technical, safety and quality requirements; substitutions with equivalent devices are allowed; delivery to the contracting authority’s premises; warranty of at least 24 months; the tender will be evaluated on price (60%), delivery time (30%), and extended warranty (10%); the procurement is conducted electronically via ezamowienia.gov.pl.
