Investor supervision for the project: Revitalization of the main building of Muzeum Tradycji Niepodległościowych in Łódź with new functions in the building at Gdańska 13

Summary

The tender concerns providing investor supervision services for the project titled “Revitalization of the main building of Muzeum Tradycji Niepodległościowych in Łódź with new functions in the building at Gdańska 13.” The contract covers supervision of construction and renovation works, including works on external and internal elements (windows, roof, insulation), installation of new internal systems (heating, electrical, fire protection, water and sewage, ventilation, air conditioning) and modernization of IT networks with a Building Management System (BMS), as well as site works (granite and concrete paving, fencing, landscaping) and conservation measures to preserve the historic asset. The supervisor will ensure compliance with project documentation, contractual terms, schedules and budgets; monitor quality, safety and environmental protection (DNSH) and green procurement requirements; ensure accessibility and usability improvements (including a sensory room and exhibition facilities); coordinate with subcontractors, manage documentation and reporting, and oversee post-construction warranties for 60 months. The project is funded from EU funds and requires adherence to DNSH and green principles, as well as heritage conservation standards.
