Delivery, dismantling, installation, configuration and commissioning of control-identification equipment at two wastewater inflow stations in Osielec and Łętownia

Summary

The procurement concerns the delivery, dismantling, installation, configuration and commissioning of a complete control-identification system for two unattended wastewater inflow stations located at the Osielec and Łętownia wastewater treatment sites in the Gmina Jordanów. The contract covers replacement of technological, measurement, control, identification and IT equipment, including the external cabinet, measurement and discharge lines, flow meter, pH, conductivity and temperature sensors, automatic cleaning of sensors, pneumatic valves, hoses and mounting hardware, local/server software and client application for operation and reporting, as well as necessary electrical, communication, installation and integration components. The system shall enable automatic, unattended acceptance of wastewater, supplier identification, measurement of volumes and quality parameters, data registration and archiving, generation of delivery confirmations and data transmission to the central dispatch. The procurement includes two stations and is subject to Polish public procurement rules; the evaluation criteria specify price as 60% and warranty period as 40%; the tender documents will be published on the Platforma e-Zamówienia; the contract is not divided into lots.
