Construction of domestic wastewater treatment plants in Kraśniczyn Commune (design-build)

Summary

The contract concerns a design-build project for 39 domestic wastewater treatment plants in Kraśniczyn Commune. The contractor shall design, supply, install and commission the plants, which must comply with EN 12566-3+ A2:2013 (or an equivalent standard). The scope includes connection to the building sanitary sewer, discharge of treated effluent, electrical power supply, start-up and commissioning, and testing of treated sewage. If required, the contractor shall purchase, supply, install and commission raw and treated sewage pumping stations. The detailed scope is described in the Functional-Utility Program attached to the SWZ. The contract will be awarded on the basic procedure under the Public Procurement Law, with award criteria comprising price (60%) and warranty (40%).
