Construction of the municipal cemetery in Strzelce Krajeńskie – Stage I

Summary

The tender concerns the Stage I construction of the municipal cemetery in Strzelce Krajeńskie, including planning and building a cemetery area with a social building and infrastructure (water supply, sewer, electricity), pedestrian and bicycle paths, parking, fencing, landscaping, columbaria, benches, and an information board. The contractor must demonstrate financial capacity (at least PLN 1,000,000), provide evidence of key personnel qualifications (construction manager and managers for sanitary, road, and electrical works), and show experience from at least three similar public works in the last five years (covering public space development with at least 1000 m2 hardened area including landscaping; road with sewer/water and lighting; and a building of at least 90 m2). All requirements must be evidenced in the tender documents. The contract period is up to 24 months and includes subcontracting provisions and safety/quality obligations.
