Construction of household biological wastewater treatment plants in Charsznica Commune

Summary

The tender concerns design and construction of 46 household biological wastewater treatment plants in the Charsznica Commune under a design‑and‑build form. The contractor shall prepare a complete PFU‑based project documentation package and perform all construction works for the 46 plants located in Charsznica, Chodowiec, Jelcza, Dąbrowiec, Marcinkowice, Podlesice, Swojczany, Tczyca, Uniejów Kolonia, Uniejów Parcela, Uniejów Kolonia, Wierzbie and Witowice, including connections to final receivers, electrical supply, and start‑up. The contract also includes incidental and temporary works necessary for compliance with building regulations, and post‑construction tasks such as commissioning and site handover. The scope allows for possible relocation of sites if required. The project documentation must include PFU, PW‑PT, STWiORB, PR, KI, BIOZ and any required consents and maps.
