Improving the quality of working conditions by replacing old outbuildings with a new facility for ŚCR Czarniecka Góra

Summary

The procurement concerns construction and demolition works for Świętokrzyskie Centrum Rehabilitacji in Czarnieckiej Góry. It includes demolishing three existing outbuildings designated as numbers 2, 3 and 4, preparing the site and laying a foundation slab, and constructing a new outbuilding with infrastructure in accordance with the approved design and building permit. The work must be performed as a single integrated contract, in compliance with the project documentation, building permit and applicable health, safety and construction regulations. The contractor may subcontract parts of the works. The price is a lump sum covering all costs; payments are in PLN. Completion is expected by 15 December 2026.
