Delivery of diagnostic tests and reagents

Summary

The procurement concerns the delivery of diagnostic tests and reagents for veterinary diagnostics, divided into eight lots. The supplier must provide products listed per part (1) antigens, sera and conjugates for infectious disease diagnostics; (2) rabies virus conjugate; (3) tests for bacterial identification; (4) tests for identification of microorganisms compatible with the VITEK-2 system; (5) real-time PCR tests; (6) receptor test for raw milk; (7) diffusion test for raw milk; (8) ELISA tests for antibodies to Newcastle disease virus. Each lot must meet manufacturer storage requirements, and shelf life of delivered batches must be at least 80% of the declared shelf life. Each batch must include a quality certificate. Offers may be submitted for one or more parts; prices must be provided per part; deliveries will be made in batches to the Veterinary Hygiene Laboratory in Kraków, ul. Brodowicza 13b, at the supplier’s expense. The contract term is 12 months, with delivery times per part to be stated by tenderers. The evaluation criteria assign 80 points to price and 20 points to delivery time, with final award determined by total points per part; the SWZ details documentation, formats and submission requirements.
