Renovation and construction works at Leśniczówka Łabuń Mały – IV tender procedure

Summary

This procurement concerns renovation and construction works at Leśniczówka Łabuń Mały under the IV tender procedure. The works include replacement of existing windows and interior joinery, installation and renewal of doors, bathroom renovations including plumbing and electrical installations with lighting and ventilation, reconstruction of water supply and sewage systems, installation of a new ceiling with plasterboard and insulation, new wall and floor coverings, kitchen area tiling and removal of an existing kitchen splashback, floor finishing with panels and ceramic tiles, relocation of the kitchen sink with related plumbing, flushing and adjustment of the existing central heating system, and local roofing works to address roof leaks around the chimney.
