Shoulder cutting on county roads in 2026

Summary

This procurement concerns shoulder cutting works on county roads to be performed in 2026, divided into three parts: Part I – ODM Białystok (approximately 32 904 m2), Part II – ODM Michałowo (approximately 9 560 m2) and Part III – ODM Suraż (approximately 64 606 m2). The estimated values are 220 000 PLN for Part I, 79 000 PLN for Part II and 174 000 PLN for Part III. Works must be completed within 60 days of contract signing, but no later than 15 December 2026. The contract will be evaluated using price (60%) and the operator's experience (40%). Bidders must provide evidence of previous similar works; use of resources from third parties is allowed, provided at least one resource meets the requirements. Documentation requirements include performance references and other evidences; the contract may include options to extend or order additional works as defined in the SWZ.
